At Blue Ash Church, we believe that missions begin right here at home and reach across the globe.

Through our partnership with Operation Give Back (OGB), we walk alongside their mission to promote educational equity and provide community outreach for students and families in need - inspiring everyone to realize their full potential and give back. Together, we help supply tangible resources, offer prayer support at events, and bring hope to the community.

With Back2Back Ministries, our mission extends beyond borders. By supporting vulnerable children and families around the world, we’re able to share the love of Christ in practical and powerful ways. Each year, our mission teams join Back2Back in serving communities abroad, building relationships, and living out the message of Jesus.

Together, these partnerships reflect the heart of our church - to share God’s love locally and globally, bringing hope and restoration wherever He leads.

 

Operation Give Back

We’re honored to partner with Operation Give Back to support students and families in need right here in our community. Together, we’re collecting essential items to help equip kids for success and provide encouragement to their families. You can join us in making a difference by bringing donated items or manking monetary donations. Here are ways to give:

  • Donate Items. Give back by donating NEW items to OGB. Check out the items in most need HERE! Pick up one item when you're grocery shopping and make a donation each week.

  • Financial Donations. Monetary donations received allow OGB to continue to grow and give back in many different ways. You can make an online donation - HERE!

  • Volunteer. Donating your time and energy to OGB is a great way to get involved. One way to volunteer is through the Last Mile Food Rescue. For more information go to www.lastmilefood.org. Ready to go the mile? Get started today!

Please don’t shoot the messenger, but we do need to talk about Back to School - when you have to walk into school, and you don’t have the supplies you need, or the supplies your peers have, that can be a sickening feeling. We don’t want any of the kids in our area to feel that way, that’s why we partner with Operation Give Back each year to help provide the school supplies they need for the kids they serve in our community.

OGB has asked us to provide backpacks for Pre-K to 4th grade kids, along with all the items they will need this year. Click here to see a list of the items. If you are up for getting those times, we will be collecting everything between now and July 15th.

We bought a bag and all the accessories, and it came to about $75. If you hate the idea of shopping, but love the idea of providing a child with a bag, you can click here to make a donation, and we will do the shopping for you. Also, consider going in with your small group and doing the shopping together, or as a family, or with other friends. How cool could it be to pray over the items as you are shopping for them?

 
 


Back2Back Ministries

Each year, we partner with Back2Back Ministries by sending a mission team to serve vulnerable children and families.
